Event planning can be complex and stressful, however hiring an event planner means placing your event in the hands of an expert. You can then relax, safe in the knowledge that all eventualities will be taken care of, and your event will be designed, planned, prepared, and staged with keen attention to detail and precision. Here you’ll find some answer to frequently asked questions. Please feel free to get in touch if there’s something you’d like to know.
We work from start to finish on all your special events / celebrations . These range from celebrating birthday, weddings, baby shower etc.
We offer a comprehensive event planning service. We’re able to refer venues, setup décor, organize entertainers and catering and even hire out party items . We offer a tailor-made service to fit your requirements. Every event is unique, and we have the capacity to fulfill your requirements from start to finish.
We will discuss all your event requirements before giving a quotation as obviously fees charged will depend on the scale and nature of the event, complexity of planning and our level of involvement. We’ll keep in contact with you regarding our time, hours spent, and liaise with you on specific items, but we’ll also work to your budget and plan accordingly. You’ll never be charged more than we agree upon and there will be no hidden extras.
Whilst this obviously depends on the size and nature of the event, we’d always advise you to start putting plans in place as early as possible. At certain times of year certain venues may need to be booked well in advance, as too with reputable suppliers and vendors. We advise handing over the reins to an event planner as soon as you’re aware of an event to be planned. This gives us adequate time to plan and ensure everything’s in place for your special event.
We’re aware that sometimes things happen which are outside of your control. In the event of needing a refund for a cancelled event, do discuss this with us as early as possible before extra services and products may have been ordered. We will discuss our T&Cs with you before accepting our quote. If this is a hire Item, once booked and then cancelled within 30days of the hire date will still result in the hirer being liable for the full amount owing. Items cannot be exchanged/swapped once booked or change of mind. Changing the date of your hire is considered a cancelled booking. The usual cancellation policy will apply. Cancellations must be made via email by the hirer where possible.
Accidents can happen and it’s understandable . Once the product is returned, we will inspect the items fully before going out, but it is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure the goods are returned in full working order and number of items hired returned without losing any. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions during booking for further information. If there is a damage on the item, they will be repairable at the cost of the hirer. A quote will be obtained and sent out as an email to the hirer. If an item is missing or beyond repair the hirer will be charged as per our Terms and Conditions.
If there is a cancellation after the booking is confirmed ( including COVID/unavoidable circumstances) for hire item, we will work with you and to apply your booking to a new hire date within 6 months of the original date assuming that the items booked are still available for hire on the new date. If this is in regard to an event set up there would be a charge of 25% deducted from the total amount for the designing & sourcing items for the event , administration fees and securing the date for your event. We allow for change of date with both parties agree on within 3-month period, this may or may not affect actual costing under the date selected.
Hire is for 3 consecutive days , where the items are used for 1 day only. The hire length is provided for flexibility of pick up/ delivery, set up, packdown/removal and return of the product. There will be no discounts for any shorter period.
