We collect your personal information in-order to contact you regarding  the  availability of the products and to fulfil your orders. We will also need your information to contact you if there is a damage or missing item.

Please note this is completely private and we will not share / sell  your details to third parties.

Besides our staff, we may share this information with debt collection agencies if required.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you. If it needs a correction, you can email and contact us to get that corrected.

1. Payment must be made in full including bond before the items are collected. Any debt recovery costs will be at the hirers expense.
2. You can collect/drop-off your hired items from our home office at Rolleston between the hours of 10.00 am to 2.00 pm or unless arranged prior. Our bookings are up to 3-day hire period. Hire periods exceeding 3 days will incur additional charges which we will consult with you when you have made your booking.
3. If your pickup or return date falls on a day, we are closed such as Public Holidays etc. you will return the items on the next day, when we are open. If Monday is a public holiday your return date will be the Tuesday 10.00am -2pm.
4. All prices in our website are subject to change without prior notice to you.
5. Our setup quote is valid for 7 days from the date sent, price may vary after the expiry of current quote.
